Customer is responsible for providing any shoe(customer must provide custom parts: Tabs, Donor Soles, or anything similar) that requires service. "No Hype Kickz" will not be responsible for any damages that occur during shipping or any loses of property while in possession of the shipping company. Customer assumes all responsibility for shipping cost. The return shipping cost will be factored into the total amount for services. All sneaker services will have a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks unless stated otherwise. Once payment has been made there is no refund for services. If you place a deposit to book a spot for a later date and fail to provide sneakers and the remaining balance on said date then deposit becomes nonrefundable. If we contact you for pickup of shoes and no response is received for 2 or more weeks then the shoes will be donated to charity. If any damages occur to the sneakers being serviced while in possession of "No Hype Kickz" they will be replaced or an amount deemed reasonable by "No Hype Kickz" will be awarded to the customer.
